How it works at the pool

During the lesson I guide and supervise your child in the water. I am in the pool the whole time, never standing at the edge.

For changing, the ticket desk issues a companion card for one accompanying adult. So you bring your child to the poolside and collect them there. Before and after the lesson, and in the changing rooms, showers and sanitary areas, supervision stays with you.

Children under eight must be brought into the pool by a responsible person over sixteen. You arrange your child's pool admission yourself — under 6 it is free, after that the reduced children's rate applies.
